Our Story
Meet the Founder
Dr. Angela Nunez, Founder of Longevity & Recovery Co., has spent more than 15 years working across health, wellness, fitness, and performance.
Her journey began as a personal trainer and fitness model and evolved into her work today as a Doctor of East Asian Medicine and Health Coach, where she works closely with clients to support their health, recovery, and overall well-being.
Through years of working directly with people on their wellness journeys, Angela began to see an opportunity: helping clients continue the benefits of recovery and self-care long after an appointment, treatment, or training session had ended.
Angela began researching the technologies and systems that could bring meaningful recovery, performance, and longevity support into the home.
Longevity & Recovery Co. was created from that pursuit.
The vision was simple—to make sophisticated wellness technology more approachable and easier to integrate into everyday life, while maintaining a strong focus on quality, performance, and the overall experience each system can bring to the home.
